Senario Murid Kelas ‘Belakang’ – Part 2

Salam sejahtera..

Murid kelas belakang majoritinya bermasalah dari segi intelek. Sebab itu guru dapat lihat perbezaan personaliti mereka berbanding dengan murid kelas hadapan.

Murid kelas belakang rata-ratanya mempunyai daya taakul dan keupayaan intelek seperti kanak-kanak berusia di bawah usia sebenar mereka. Jika murid itu darjah lima, mungkin corak pemikiran mereka seperti darjah tiga.

Sebab itu jika kita mengarahkan mereka supaya melakukan sesuatu kerja rumah, kekerapan mereka bertanya soalan yang sama terhadap guru dalam satu-satu masa adalah sangat tinggi.

Murid kelas belakang biasanya berlagak pandai. Mereka ada dalam kategori yang berikut :

  • tidak kisah

  • pemalu

  • malas

  • tidak banyak berfikir

  • pendiam

  • tidak tahu apa yang berlaku dalam situasi semasa

  • mudah khayal

  • suka berangan

  • lambat matang

  • banyak cakap

  • pakaian ada yang kurang kemas

  • mudah lupa

  • tidak jujur

Jika ada guru yang mengajar kelas belakang di mana semua muridnya boleh bersikap matang dan cerdik, itu satu perkembangan yang baik. Namun, disesetengah sekolah, bukan semua murid kelas belakang, cerdik. Inilah yang menjadi masalah utama kepada guru yang mengajar kelas tersebut.

Bagaimana hendak mengatasi masalah ini bergantung kepada kekuatan mental dan psikologi guru, sikap dan keinginan serta keazaman tinggi yang ditunjukkan.
